How is my order roasted, packaged, and shipped?

Usually our processing time is 24 hours or less, but this may vary based on shipping schedules and roasting schedules.


1) When is my coffee roasted?

Usually we are shipping roasted bean within 2~3 days or less, but this may vary based on roasting schedules.

Our coffees are generally considered a ‘medium’ roast. The whole truth is that we source really high quality coffees and roast each coffee just enough to bring out the best of what’s inherent in those particular beans. Typically, our blends are more medium roast and our single origin coffees are on the lighter end of the spectrum.

 

2) Do you ship whole bean or ground coffee?
We only ship whole bean coffees because it helps maintain freshness, and we believe great coffees are at their best when brewed within 30 minutes of grinding.


3) What size bag does your coffee come in?

You can choose between 200g and 500g bags.


4) When will my order ship? Standard orders received by midnight, In Korea Time, will be shipped the following business day. Standard orders received Friday–Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. On occasion, one of our delivery carriers may suspend their normal business operations. On such occasions, there may be a brief delay before your order ships.
